The originally scheduled PINGU X TAENG-GEU POP-UP STORE IN TAIWAN has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances related to customs clearance and inspection procedures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.
📅 New Pop-Up Store Dates：March 7 (Sat) – March 15 (Sun), 2026
⏰ Opening Hours： 11:00 – 22:00 (subject to mall operating hours)
📍 Location： Taipei Xinyi New Century A11, 2F (No. 11, Songshou Rd, Xinyi District, Taipei City)
For customers who have already reserved tickets, as a gesture of our apology, the following will be provided upon presenting a valid ticket at the pop-up store during the event period:
● A 5% discount on purchases
● Priority entry during the entire pop-up period
Please note that purchase limits may vary depending on on-site conditions, and quantities are limited while supplies last.
We are also planning to launch online pre-order sales to provide more ways to access the pop-up items. Further details will be announced at a later date.

為維護現場秩序與顧客安全，本次快閃店將採取以下入場方式：
🔸 3月1日（開幕日）入場方式

票券使用規則：票券不可轉讓，僅可自行取消 (票券取消時間至2026.03.01 11:00前)
預約成功者入場時間為 03.01 11:00～13:00（最後入場排隊時間為13:00前）
出示您的票券方可入場排隊，若超過時間未入場排隊，視同放棄權益，無法入場排隊。

➡️未持有預約票券
請於 2 樓等候區排隊，待持預約票券者入場完畢後由工作人員引導依排隊順序入場。

※ 為避免開門時發生奔跑、推擠等安全疑慮，3月1日依預約票券進行安全管制。

To ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the pop-up store will
implement online reservations on the opening day, March 1, 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00.
Entry during this time will be limited to guests with confirmed reservations.
At all other times, guests may queue on-site in the designated areas without prior
reservations.
【Entry Procedure】
To maintain order and ensure the safety of all guests, the following entry procedures will apply：
🔸 March 1 (Opening Day) Entry:
Reservation Period : February 26 (Thu) 17:00 ～ February 27 (Fri) 23:59 TST
* Reservation will close early once capacity is reached.
Eligibility：KKTIX members only (Please register as a member in advance.)
Reservation Quota： 90 tickets
Purchase Limit： Each KKTIX member may reserve one (1) ticket only.
Ticket Policy：Tickets are non-transferable and may only be canceled by the purchaser.
(Cancellations are allowed until 11:00 on March 1, 2026)
Entry Time for Reserved Guests： March 1, 11:00 ～ 13:00 (Entry permitted until 13:00)
Tickets must be shown to enter. Guests who fail to line up within the designated time will not be
allowed to join the queue. Please line up in advance to ensure smooth entry.
➡️ Guests with a Reservation Ticket
Please go to the waiting area on the 2nd floor with your reservation ticket at 10:30 and line up. Entry
will begin at 11:00 according to the queue order.
➡️ Guests without a Reservation Ticket
Please line up in the waiting area on the 2nd floor. After all guests with reservation tickets have
entered, staff will guide you according to the queue order. Entry may close early depending on
on-site conditions for safety reasons.
* If there are cancellations among existing reservation holders, on-site standby guests will be
admitted between 11:00 ~ 13:00, up to the number of canceled slots.
🔸From March 2 Onwards Entry Procedure
From 11:00 AM, guests may line up in the waiting area on the 2nd floor in order of arrival.
※ To prevent safety hazards such as running or pushing when doors open, entry on March 1 will be
managed according to reservation tickets. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to help
maintain safety and order.
※ Operating hours are subject to the actual business hours of Taipei Xinyi Place A11.
※ All details and arrangements are subject to on-site conditions. The organizer reserves the right to
make final changes or to terminate the event.

Reservation Instructions
- This event website only accepts reservations from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before making a reservation, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the reservation process. (If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
- To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".

After each order is successfully placed, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. Due to various reasons, the email may not be delivered and is for notification purposes only. Not receiving the confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful.
If you are unsure whether your reservation was completed during the booking process, please check “Orders” in your member account. All successful reservations will be shown there. If you cannot find your reservation or receive a notice that the order has expired or been canceled, the transaction was not successful and you will need to make a new reservation. If your payment fails, please try again with a credit card within the payment deadline. - Each KKTIX member may reserve one (1) ticket only.

電子票券取消方式：
- 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
- 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
- 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
- 各場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
- 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
- 預約前請詳閱注意事項，一旦預約成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
Notice
- Once the reservation is confirmed, ticket exchanges or transfers are not allowed. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation before 11:00 on March 1, 2026.
Cancellation of E-tickets:
- Please log in to KKTIX, click your member name at the top right of the homepage, go to “Orders”, select the order you wish to cancel, and click “Submit and Cancel Order.
- E-ticket cancellation will be completed only after the system confirms that the e-ticket has been invalidated.
- Please click here for details.
- E-tickets are bearer tickets. Please do not publicly share or provide your ticket QR Code to any third party to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
- Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
- Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
- Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
- Please read the important notes carefully before making a reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, it will be deemed that you have agreed to all of the above event terms and conditions.
